The Story

A control surface built for real daily use

V.I.S.A.R. Engine Mobile is an independently built ecosystem: a desktop host node, an Android command deck, and an MCP gateway that lets AI agents interact with machine hardware with a human holding the switch.

The Builder

Engineered by Devansh Sharma (RootDeveloperDS), who designs, builds and ships every layer - Kotlin & Jetpack Compose on the phone, Python & FastAPI on the host, and the zero-cloud socket protocols in between.

Current production release line: v1.10.1.0 · Zero-Trust Cryptographic Core & Tactical Surveillance Matrix

Chapter 01

It started as a shortcut

One script to launch a dev environment from the couch. Then a socket, so the phone could ask the desktop what it was doing. Then a tactical macro grid, because typing full shell commands on a touch keyboard is miserable.

Chapter 02

The ecosystem took shape

The host node grew a live ampere telemetry sampler, a chunked file sink and a bi-directional command bus. The mobile client became the approval surface for everything the machine could be asked to do.

Chapter 03

Agents get hardware & vision

The MCP gateway gave AI agents (Cursor, Claude) direct access to native Android hardware tools. Then v1.9 and v1.10 added low-latency WebRTC optical surveillance, AES-GCM-256 zero-trust encryption, and a cyberpunk desktop Web Dashboard.

Principles

Core Architecture Values

Three non-negotiable guidelines that shape every interface decision and socket frame.

Local first

Personal data and personal machines should never require a round trip through someone else's cloud infrastructure.

Visible control

Automation is only trustworthy when every action an agent takes is visibly announced, flagged and revocable in real time.

Instrument-grade

Telemetry should be accurate to the milliamp and millisecond, not a decorative synthetic progress bar.
